For some time now I have been getting closer to nature, which has been a mystical experience for me. I am amazed by its power and beauty, which motivates the creation of the Far Horizons series. I am attracted to the shapes of insects, the roots of trees, the earth... which despite composing the landscape are practically silent and invisible to humans. From the study of the natural element, I address topics that have always worried me: unconsciousness, silence or the origin of the universe. I try to imagine the sensations that a prehistoric man could have felt when contemplating the southern space. Hence my interesting rocks, because I feel that they contain the energies of the bowels of the earth. My work is an attempt to express this force in painting. I assume the production of these objects as a heroic mission whose purpose is to decide from a mystical or religious basis the relationship of the human being with the universe.
